Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery Timeframes We deliver Australia-wide. Estimated delivery times are 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note these are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including international carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Costs We offer free standard shipping on all orders Australia-wide.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Customs & Import Our products are shipped internationally. In rare cases, orders may be subject to customs inspection, which can add to delivery time. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
